How long does my order take to ship?

Each MamaLu candle is hand crafted at every step, from pouring to painting. We thank you for supporting a budding business and artist community. Each candle takes two weeks to create from start to finish. A good soy candle needs time to cure (like any good wine or cheese or whatever you nibble on while lighting a candle!) That ensures the peak quality scent for when it reaches your door.

Candles will be shipped between 3-5 days of the initial purchase by USPS Priority Mail unless additional rush shipping is paid for.
Custom orders are available! Just shoot me an email and we’ll tailor it to your liking! As we are a one-woman show, please allow 2 weeks for handcrafting your order and an additional 3-5 days for shipping.

What is your return policy? 

We’re happy to replace any damaged item or refund your money back! Simply send us an email telling us what was wrong with your candle and we’ll email you a shipping label with either a full refund or an exchange with a like item of your choice!

*Please note that all of our items are handmade: some may have brush strokes, differences in wax color, or small imperfections in lids or details. Our materials may vary in color, shape and size due to availability and can be special requested as part of a custom order. We find these details reflect the organic quality of our natural soy wax, feature the reclamation of upcycling and showcase the unique charm of each piece.
